§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. C. E. Hobhouse)There are 22 persons who have been continually employed in the Treasury for five years or more, and are classed as "temporary" or "uncstablished." Of this number 10 are charwomen and eight are messengers in the Whips' Department.
