§ Mr. DUFFYasked the Chief Secretary whether the claim of Thomas Delany, of Mount Shannon, county Clare, an evicted tenant on the estate of Mrs. Hibbert, of Woodpark, Mount Shannon, has been listed amongst those to be dealt with by the Estates Commissioners; and, if not, wall he explain the reasons which influenced the Commissioners in their decision to exclude this man from the benefits of the Evicted Tenants Act?
