§ Mr. McKENNAThe name of the firm who will prepare the granite for use at Rosyth is not known to the Admiralty. No samples have yet been furnished, and consequently no tests have been made.
§ Mr. McKENNANo, Sir; the contract is between the contractors and the Norwegian granite owners. Whether that contract has been made or not I cannot say.
§ Mr. FELLAre any samples to be delivered at all for testing purposes until the actual granite is sent over?
