asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will publish as soon as possible the new United States tariff, including the new administrative clauses in so far as these affect the import conditions of British products, and showing, as far as possible, the changes in the tariff rates from the present tariff?

Yes, Sir, the tariff will be published in accordance with the usual practice of the Board of Trade as soon as it has been enacted.
