§ Mr. McKENNANo men were taken from ships of the third division of the Home Fleet, and practically the whole division was engaged in the manœuvres. Sixteen men were taken from the fourth division ships to supply the needs of other ships taking part in the manœuvres, but these men were additional to the ordinary complement of special service vessels.
