§ Mr. GLADSTONEThe notice in question is exhibited in all prisons in the cells of untried prisoners. I have no reason to think that the police court authorities generally have failed to act on the circular to which the hon. Member refers, but if he has information as to any police court where the notice is not exhibited, and will let me know, I shall be glad to communicate with the authorities of the court.
