§ Mr. HOBHOUSEThe work of delivering the pension order books was practically completed by the date on which the first payment of pension was due—viz., 25th June. In one area, however, there was an interruption in the delivery owing to the officer's illness, but even in that area the delivery was completed by the 26th.
