§ Mr. McKINNON WOODYes, Sir. He subsequently announced his abdication, and his son, Sultan Ahmed Mirza, has been proclaimed Shah in his place under the 5 Regency of Azad-ul-Mulk, head of the Kajar tribe, pending the meeting of the Assembly.
