GREYMy information is to the effect that the commander of the Russian forces at Tabriz originally suggested disarmament, but that the Russian Government replied that only Russian subjects should be disarmed, and I see no reason to address a further inquiry to His Majesty's Consul-General at Tabriz on the subject.
