§ Mr. FRANCIS MEEHANasked whether Martin M'Gowan, an evicted tenant on the Johnston estate, Kinlough, county Leitrim, who was reinstated in March, 1908, made an application to the Estates Commissioners for a free grant; and whether, having regard to the fact that this man was kept four years out of possession and his house destroyed, the Commissioners would give him a grant to enable him to repair his house and stock his farm.
§ Mr. BIRRELLThis application will be inquired into by the Estates Commissioners when the estate is being dealt with in order of priority. Proceedings for its sale were only instituted in October last.
