CORBETT (for Mr. Hugh Barrie)asked the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture (Ireland) whether he is aware that the Report of the Department for 1907–8 was presented to the House on 15th December, 1908, and that it was only available on the 6th instant and bears date of 20th May, 1909: and will he explain how this took place, and take steps to prevent the Report for 1908–9 being similarly presented fully six months before it is available for reference by Members?
