§ Mr. WHITLEYNo orders of the nature referred to have been issued. There is no restriction as to the number of regiments to which horses may be hired out for training during the year. As the hon. and gallant Member is aware, active steps are being taken to complete a scheme for the provision of an adequate supply of horses on mobilisation.
