Mr. SAMUEL ROBERTS

asked the Prime Minister whether the deliberations of the Sub-Committee of the Committee of Defence into Naval Matters are concluded; and, if so, whether it is his intention to make any statement, or to make any written communication, to the House of the result of the inquiry?

The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith)

The Committee have finished taking evidence, oral and documentary, and hearing the statements of those who have come before them. They are now engaged in considering their conclusions. I cannot say more at present.
