The MASTER of ELIBANKThe Government of Bombay have appointed Dr. Charles Albert Bentley to the post vacated by Captain McKendrick. Dr. Bentley is a M.B. of Edinburgh University, and holds the Cambridge diplomas of public health and of tropical medicine. He has had experience in malarial diseases as medical officer on the estates of an important tea company, and has been engaged in research work of a bacteriological kind, the results of which have been published in the "British Medical Journal."
