HC Deb 02 December 1909 vol 13 c542
Mr. BOLAND

asked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he will see that the necessary printed forms and stationery required for the working of the Labour Exchanges in Ireland will be of Irish-made paper?

Mr. HOBHOUSE

Tenders for supplies of paper for any part of the United Kingdom are invited from manufacturers in England, Scotland and Ireland. It would not be practicable to restrict the competition for the paper required for this particular purpose in the manner suggested in the question.
