§ Mr. ACLANDThe peace equipment of every infantry battalion of the Territorial Force includes six picks and six shovels per company, or 48 of each per battalion. These tools form part of the war equipment of the units, and are kept in store. Additional tools are to be provided by county associations on mobilisation.
