§ Captain NORTON (Lord of the Treasury)The Regulations under Section 3 of the Bill cannot be finally made or laid on the Table for the information of hon. Members until the measure has become law. The draft Regulations now before the House have, as indicated in answer of 17th August, been modified.
§ Mr. MITCHELL-THOMSONIf the hon. and gallant Gentleman finds that a copy of the modified Regulations is not available and has not been issued, will he make representations to the Treasury on, the subject?
