§ Mr. BIRRELLI am informed by the constabulary authorities that two constables were sent to this village early in the month to help the local police in patrolling, in order to prevent a cattle-drive, which was expected. There was no cattle-drive, and the two constables were sent back to their stations on the 21st inst.
