§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that the owner's title under Section 17 of the Irish Land Act, 1903, has not yet been cleared. Until this is done the Commissioners cannot issue their proposal to purchase.
§ Mr. FARRELLIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that the sale in this case has been under negotiation for over two years; and will he ask the Estates Commissioners to push the matter forward?
§ Mr. BIRRELLI will communicate that desire, but the difficulty is to show who is the person entitled to sell. As soon as that has been disposed of, the matter will be proceeded with.
