For the purpose of advising the Department and the Congested Districts Board with a view to the co-ordination of the administration of the business of the Department and the Board respectively in relation to the aiding and developing of sea fisheries in areas in which they have concurrent, powers or duties, there shall

be a consultative committee consisting of six members, of whom three shall be nominated by the Department, and three shall be nominated by the Board.
