Also, will English subjects be exempt here and also in France from the particular expenses and fees referred to in Sub-section (a) of Article 4, from paying which it is proposed that foreign subjects shall be exempt?
§ Mr. GLADSTONEIt is the case that English workmen in France will be exempt under this Convention. As regards general rates of compensation, there is substantial equality in the two countries.
