§ Mr. BIRRELLThe circumstances in which this man was relieved in the Kells Workhouse Hospital, where he remained for two years suffering from debility, do not bring him within the proviso of Subsection 1 (a) of Section 3 of the Old Age Pensions Act. The Local Government Board have, therefore, no power to reconsider their decision in his case.
