§ Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Clause be added to the Bill."
§ Mr. R. D. HOLT moved, "That the Debate be now adjourned." I am surprised that we should have this new Clause at this late hour in a Bill dealing with a subject upon which a good many people feel strongly.
