§ Mr. JOYNSON-HICKSasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he proposes to have a valuation of all the land of the United Kingdom made every fifth year, or only of all undeveloped land; and, if the latter only, how will he know that he has included all undeveloped land?
§ Mr. HOBHOUSEThe quinquennial valuation under the Bill will apply to undeveloped land only, and it is not anticipated that five years hence any appreciable portion of such land will fail to be included.
