Resolved, "That the proceedings on Clause 14 of the Finance Bill be not interrupted this day at Five o'clock or at half-past Five, under the Standing Orders relating to the Sittings of the House, and, when that Clause has been disposed of and Progress shall be reported, Mr. Speaker do adjourn the House without Question put, if Progress is reported after Five o'clock."—[The Prime Minister.]
