Member for Newcastle on 20th May last, a request for the formation of a conciliation board was received from the employes on the City and South London Railway. The Board communicated with the railway company, and received a reply of which I am forwarding the hon. Member a copy. No further representations have since been made to the Board of Trade, or, I understand, to the railway company.
