§ Mr. HUNTI should like to ask whether we could have any information about the supply of horses for the Territorial Army, and also whether we are to have any 1805 answer about the feeding of the horses. When the Yeomanry were out lots of farmers had their horses starved. Although I have tried to extract an answer, I have never succeeded—
