§ Mr. WEIRasked the Lord Advocate, having regard to the fact that the Congested Districts Board recently communicated with the proprietor of the island of Lewis in regard to the application made by the cottars of South Shabost for the adjoining sheep farm of Dalbeg, will he state the nature of the reply; and whether the proprietor is prepared to place the farm at the disposal of the Congested Districts Board for the creation of new holdings?
