§ Mr. McKINNON WOODThe point on which the hon. Member seeks information is dealt with in the latest Memorandum from the Belgian Government, and it will, I think, be more convenient to discuss it when that communication and the reply of His Majesty's Government are laid upon the Table of the House. As I have already stated the reply is still under consideration, but I hope it will be ready shortly.
