Mr. BOWERMAN—Housing of the Working Classes.—Bill to amend the law relating to the Housing of the Working Classes; to empower local authorities to levy rates upon empty houses; to establish fair-rent courts; and to provide for the establishment of public health and housing committees of county councils, with further provision with respect to the appointment and duties of medical officers of health.
