§ Mr. BIRRELLI am not aware that the facts are as stated by the hon. Member. I have always been anxious that the acquisition of untenanted land for the relief of congestion should be accelerated, but the driving of cattle does not aid, but, on the contrary, hampers and embarrasses those engaged in purchasing and redistributing such land.
