§ Mr. LUKE WHITEreported from the Committee on Group M. of Private Bills; That the parties promoting the London and District Electricity Supply Bill had stated that the evidence of Mr. John Hall Rider, Electrical Engineer to the London County Council, of the County Hall, Spring Gardens, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that Mr. Rider's attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Mr. John Hall Rider do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock.
Ordered, that Mr. John Hall Rider do attend the Committee on Group M. of Private Bills To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock.
