LONSDALEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the police have received intelligence of a horse having been stabbed to death while grazing on a farm at Keragie, county Longford; whether he is aware that this is the third animal belonging to the same owner which has been stabbed since July; and whether in any case anyone has been made criminally amenable.
