I beg to ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether, in counties where land has been acquired in any considerable quantities under the Small Holdings Act, county councils are experiencing difficulties in acquiring further parcels of land owing to a rise in price.
