WALROND (Devonshire, Tiverton)I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether a person otherwise qualified, who has been in receipt of poor relief within twelve months prior to 1st January, 1909, is eligible for receipt of a pension if the amount of the poor relief received by him has been refunded before that date.
