To ask the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that the delay in gazetting officers to the Territorial Army is causing inconvenience in Lancashire, and that officers accepted several months ago, who have bought their uniforms, served throughout camp, and mastered their drill, are still without commissions; and if the matter can be remedied with some promptitude.
