CAPTAIN CRAIGI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that about the 15th September last a cattle-drive took place (the second within a fortnight) from a farm in the occupation of Mr. George Frend at Army Hill, Moneygall, King's County, when thirty-three sheep were scattered and seventeen cattle were driven to Gilenigile, North Tipperary, seven miles distant; what arrests have been made; and what sentences passed on the perpetrators of the outrage.
