To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what are the counties in Ireland which, since August 1907, have been declared by proclamations of the Lord-Lieutenant and Privy Council to be in a state of disturbance necessitating the employment of additional police; what was the date of each such proclamation;
