SIR GILBERT PARKERI beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty if he can now say whether the Government has decided to grant officers and men of the Royal Naval Reserve a long-service and good-conduct modal.
§ MR. MCKENNAIt has been decided to institute a decoration for officers of the Royal Naval Reserve and of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, and a long-service and good-conduct medal for men of the Royal Naval Reserve and members of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.
