WATT (Glasgow, College)To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether the clerks to the Commissioners of Income-Tax in Scotland are in any way paid upon results, or receive a percentage on the amount of income sought out or passing through their hands; and, if so, will he say what are the arrangements with these clerks.
