To ask the First Lord o the Admiralty if it is proposed to build and maintain a floating dock in the Medway capable of containing the largest men-of-war; and, if so, where will such deck be placed, and when is it estimated it will be completed.

(Answered by Mr. McKenna.) No decision has been arrived at in regard to a floating dock.
