I beg to ask the President of the Board of Education if the furniture, plant, and equipment placed in existing non-provided schools since 1902 will be surrendered to the local education authority in the event of such schools contracting out of the new Act.

The law as to the ownership of school furniture in contracted-out schools is not in any way altered by the Bill.
