ASHLEY (Lancashire, Blackpool)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether bonuses 655 at the rate of 12 per cent. will be paid under the Irish Land Act, 1903, to vendors whose agreements have been lodged with the Commissioners between 1st and 24th of November in this year.
