ASHLEYI beg to ask the President of the Board of Education, whether the Board has taken upon itself under Section 13 (1) (b) of the Education (Administrative Provisions) Act, 1907, the task of deciding the relative status of educational and medical officers employed and paid by local education authorities.
§ MR. TREVELYANI am not sure what the hon. Member means, but I am not aware of any decisions of the Board to which his description would apply.
