HC Deb 25 November 1908 vol 197 c380
MR. J. MACVEAGH (Down, S.)

To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he can state what authority is responsible for the fact that the lamps erected at Annalong Harbour, county Down, are never lighted.

(Answered by Mr. Churchill.) The county council of Down are the harbour authority for Annalong Harbour, and I presume responsible for the lights therein.
