MR. BATEMAN HOPE (Somersetshire, N.)

To ask the President of the Local Government Board whether a woman over seventy years of age who earns any sum less than 8s. a week, and whose husband receives outdoor relief in money for his own support, is eligible for an old-age pension.

To ask the President of the Local Government Board whether a person over seventy years of age, who has received outdoor relief in money during the year 1908, is eligible for an old-age pension if the relief has been repaid to the guardians by him or his relatives or friends.

To ask the President of the Local Government Board whether a man over seventy years of age, and earning any sum less than 8s. a week, who receives outdoor relief in money for his wife, is eligible for an old-age pension.
