KEIR HARDIE (Merthyr Tydvil)To ask the President of the Board of Education whether his Department has advised local education authorities that they themselves must attempt to raise voluntary funds for the provision of meals before applying for authority to put the provisions of Clause 3 of the Provision of Meals Act into operation.
