§ MR. T. E. RICHARDS (Wolverhampton, W.)To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether he is prepared to tike steps whereby the senior abstractors of the Statistical Department of His Majesty's Customs may be able to count the whole of their unestablished service in qualifying for pensions.
