§ MR. BENNETTI beg to ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether his attention has been called to the fact that in a circular issued by the Board on 1st January it is stated that the expenses incurred in relation to the acquistion of land would ordinarily be held to include the expenses of any local inquiry; and whether this can therefore be paid out of the Small Holdings Account.
