MR. MACKARNESS (Berkshire, Newbury)

To ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he will state what are the total aggregate amounts which have been devoted to naval expenditure during the last ten years by Great Britain, Germany, France, and Russia, respectively, and how far those amounts are affected by the expenditure mentioned in Appendix A in what is known as the Thomasson Return.
